294. SHRI RAJEEV CHANDRASEKHAR:

Will the Minister of RAILWAYS be pleased to state:

(a)   whether it is a fact that Railways have shelved many projects due to shortage of funds; and

(b)   if so, the details of railway projects in Karnataka which have been shelved, project wise?
