377. SHRI RAJEEV CHANDRASEKHAR:

Will the PRIME MINISTER be pleased to state:-

(a)   Whether Government proposes to review the implementation of the Right to Information Act in the country and bring forward an amending bill in Parliament; and

(b)   If so, the details thereof and the reasons which have compelled Government to review the Act?
