Will the Minister of HOME AFFAIRS be pleased to state:-

(a) the number of personnel of the Para Military Forces who lost their lives during 2007, force-wise;

(b) whether the families of such personnel have any outstanding claims pending as on 01.04.08, force-wise; and

(c) the reasons for the delay in disposing of such claims and by when they are likely to be cleared, force-wise?
