1763. SHRI RAJEEV CHANDRASEKHAR:

Will the Minister of DEFENCE be pleased to state:

(a) whether Government has moved for stay on the Armed Forces Tribunal order granting pay parity and Non-Functional Upgradation (NFU) to Defence personnel in the Supreme Court; and

(b) if so, the reasons therefor?
