Will the Minister of CIVIL AVIATION be pleased to state:-

(a)    Whether government proposes to constitute an independent Civil aviation Safety Authority to regulate aviation safety and security;

(b)   If so, the details thereof; and

(c)    By when this authority is likely to be constituted?
