Suggestions of CVC for Speedy Investigation

Will the PRIME MINISTER be pleased to state:

(a)    Whether the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) has made a proposal to relook its legal and statutory powers for speedy investigation and trial of corrupt public servants.

(b)   If so, the details thereof: and

(c)    Government’s response to the suggestions made by the CVC?
