Will the Minister of HOME AFFAIRS be pleased to state:-

(a) whether it is a fact that a number of families of Para-military forces and police force have yet to receive their compensation from Central Government in the form of jobs promised that have been pending for over a year as on 1st April, 2008; and

(b) if so, the details thereof, force-wise and what steps are being taken to address the grievances of such families so that they do not feel that the country has let them down?
