Will the Minister of HOME AFFAIRS be pleased to state:-

(a) the number of persons below the age of 14 years engaged as domestic help and in small scale industry so far detected in Delhi during 2007; and

(b) the number of cases registered by the Delhi Police/administration against those responsible therefor?

(a) & (b): Delhi Police has informed that 194 persons below the age of 14 years engaged as domestic help and in small scale industry have been detected in the year 2007 (up to 23rd November). Delhi Police has registered 16 cases in this regard.
